I have a background in Real Estate Appraising and Financial Services.  I'm always up for a good Rehabbing Project!  There is nothing quite like restoring an older house in good structural condition and making it a "Home" for a new family.  Our goal is to provide an opportunity for someone to live in a rural setting... to find and buy their place in the Kansas country! 

Have you got the itch to leave the City for more open spaces? Our Work Crew

We use a project manager and various sub-contractors for all of the different aspects needed to complete the renovation of the house.  I have a great group of people I can call on and can TRUST them to do the job right and in a timely fashion.  We generally do whatever it takes to get the home in a "ready to move in" state.  Because of the high demand, our rural houses tend to sell very quickly.
