On some properties we rehab, it makes sense to split off part of the land as a separate building site.  So from time to time we will have rural land tracts for sale.  Here are some of the properties we've sold:

  • Osawatomie 20 Acres of Land, $69,950 ($3,498/acre), September 2006, heavily treed, great building site, had water meter paid for
