• Pomona 7.75 Acres of Land, $24,025 ($3,100/acre), November 2008, mixture of open areas with trees, sold to adjacent neighbor

• Osawatomie 20 Acres of Land, $64,000 ($3,200/acre), December 2009, awesome tract with open areas, two small ponds, lots of wooded areas
