This house was just north of Mound City, about an hour south of Olathe. We did many upgrades to this house which had 2 bedrooms (+loft)/ and 2 bathrooms, a large concrete circle drive, two additional parking spots up top by road, two 400 sf decks (upper and lower) both with awesome views of the lake, Also included was all new carpet, new hardwood floors, tile, paint, AC/Furnace unit, roof, etc.
Every room had a great view of the lake and wooded areas... this would have been a great place to live full time, to own as a second house, or to use as a retreat center!
This was a wonderful house in a great country setting right on the lake with your own dock, in a private, gated community. The 27 Acre Lake was well taken care of by the Lake Chaparral Association... they spent a lot of time on it to keep it clean. Great swimming and fishing! We thoroughly enjoyed remodelling this house!
