Investors Needed

Invest in one of my house projects and earn 1% per month interest (12% annualized).  You will get a lien (mortgage) against the property as security.  Holding periods are generally 6-9 months.  Minimum $5,000 investment, with $20,000-$50,000 investment being typical.  Investment funds can also be used from an IRA account set up with Sterling Trust.
